General Terms and Conditions of the "Travelesheriff App"
Preamble:
Thanks for using the Travelsheriff app. The Travelsheriff App is a product of ESC Utility Services Pvt. Ltd., represented by the managing directors Matthias Ulrich Niederprüm and Manoj Nirmala Sukumaran.
Laurenz and Niklas Niederprüm had the idea for the Travelsheriff app and continue to develop the Travelsheriff app.
By using the Travelsheriff app, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The Travelsheriff app smartphone users or web app users are referred to as "users" below.
I. Note
Downloading and using the Travelsheriff app is free for users.
II. Services of the Travelsheriff app
The Travelsheriff app is a smartphone app and web app that allows users to voluntarily post information about the places they visit. This will tell other users in the Travelsheriff community where it is unsafe, safe and beautiful in the world.
III. Duties of the user
- User agrees not to participate in the practices described below or to encourage or assist others:

IV. Change and termination of the service
- We reserve the right to change the Travel Sheriff app at any time in a manner acceptable to the user, e.g. to further develop and qualitatively improve.
- We also reserve the right to suspend the Travel Sheriff app temporarily or permanently, even without informing the users individually. If this happens, we will provide this information for a period of three months on the homepage www.travelsheriff.de and www.travelsheriff.org
V. Availability
The user is not entitled to permanent and uninterrupted availability of the Travelsheriff app. However, we endeavor to ensure the highest possible availability and to remedy any faults as quickly as possible.
VI. Liability
- We accept no responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the messages and travel warnings that users submit to the Travelsheriff Community via the Travelsheriff app. The accuracy and legality of the messages and travel warnings are the sole responsibility of the users.
- The use of the Travelsheriff app depends on the services of third parties (especially telecommunications providers). We assume no liability for the availability of the systems made available by the telecommunications providers.
VII. Warranty
- We do not guarantee the functionality of the Travelsheriff app and the functionality of the Travelsheriff app on users' devices.
- This warranty exclusion does not apply to intentional errors.
VIII. Privacy Policy
By using the Travelsheriff app, you agree to the use of the Privacy Policy, including the methods and procedures described in the Privacy Statement.
IX. Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
